Monika Brugerová's journey: HR Specialist and Coach
I am Monika Brugerová and my work, mission and passion is working with people. Since the beginning of my professional career I have worked in HR in international corporations in Slovakia and abroad. They say you either love working with people or you complain about it. I was somewhere between those two poles. The turning point in my career came at the beginning of the pandemic, when suddenly the whole world became isolated and life shifted to the online world. During this period I was thinking about how I can develop myself personally and motivate myself and others at the same time. Suddenly the idea of coaching was born and since then the doors of great possibilities have opened for me.

The Path to Certification and Continuing Education in Innovative Coaching
I attended coaching school with the founder and pioneer of coaching Dalibor Bednarik at the Coaching Academy. As an ICF certified coach and member of the SAKO community, I have hundreds of hours of coaching under my belt. In addition to my work, I am constantly learning, especially in the field of innovative approaches and directions of coaching. I actively participate in follow-up seminars, workshops, mentoring with my coach and last but not least, I get innovation directly from you - the people I coach.
